"And" vs "&" giving some listeners trouble finding us

A would-be listener recently reached out and mentioned he was having issues with Overcast with finding our podcast (Ding & Dent) because he was typing in "and" and the podcast uses the ampersand. He mentioned another app on Android doing that for the Shut Up & Sit Down podcast for him a while back.
Is there anything we can do to make it easier on podcatchers?
