My friends and I are starting a podcast and bought some cheap mics from amazon and are planning on using Audacity to record. The problem is there seems to be a bit of an echo and white noise in the background when we listen back to the recording. The noise isn’t present when we record using my Mac’s mic via Voice Memos, so does it just have to do with the quality of the mics? Is there anyway to reduce this noise/echo?
These are the mics we purchased: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082HQVZW2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_WSQQN6WMS75619NB8RPE?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
