I you want to get into science and space audio podcasting, or are fading from an old podcast, you should check us out. We've been at it for over 3 years and have quite a few quality episodes posted. 2 - 3k downloads a month are pretty common, depending on how active we are. We have two formats: the regular long episodes, and shorter, highly focused "Bursts". The new person could either independently create Bursts, or work with the rest of the team to produce full length episodes. If you could commit to being involved 3-4 times per year, that would be sufficient.
If you are the right person, you should be able to produce a short audio segment without much help or guidance, or perhaps you have done so in the past. Let's hear it.
