Alternatives to the Rodecaster Pro?

So many people recommend the Rodecaster Pro, but it’s expensive. Is there a lower cost alternate the performs just as well? Looking for something for a 4 person podcast. What is your experience with alternatives?
If it’s truly the best and worth the money, I’ll splurge instead of settling for something cheaper, but I’d like to save some coin if I can.
