I've been paying for a mod range membership on Descript to record and edit my podcast. At the moment I'm creating 20 to 30 minute episodes to just riff and get accustomed to Descript etc.
I certainly don't dislike Descript. The AI is pretty standard and being a newbie it helps move things along.
But I'm not 100% sold on it. Getting intro music to overlap with the opening is cumbersome as well as some other things.
Anyone have experiences with other platforms like Descript or can do a comparison? I'm willing to spend a few dollars so it doesn't have to be free.
Ultimately I'll need to record with remote guests? Etc. And video at the moment is not my main focus.
Thanks in advance.
