New Set-up Help (PLEASE)

So got an upgraded comptuer. My current set-up is Zoom Podtrak P4, Macbook Air (M2) and Audacity

The Macbook recognizes the Podtak (can set as input and out put in Audacity), but there are no levels whatsoever. The Podtrak is getting sound (can see levels moving on the device), but am getting nothing on the Mac (tested in Garage Band too).

I have given the Podtrak access to the Microphone in settings, played with Mix/Minus, and even purchased a new high speed transfer cable. I am getting nothting.

Guessing there is another setting or a plugin I need?
