How would you promote your podcast if you have almost no social media presence and/or no people to network with?

I finally launched a small sci fi audio drama that is very short (5 episodes with a potential second season).
It’s my first time going live on Spotify, Apple, etc. and I only have Instagram. I’m not too active on it but now that I have this podcast I’ve been posting about it more even though I have less than 200 followers.
Where and how do I start? I’m not looking to pay for promotions I just want to get it out there as much as I can without pestering people.
Any advice is appreciated 🤙🏾
