Very recently this has started to happen on my Xperia Z3, downloading anything seems to keep getting stuck on waiting, or start to download slowly and then it keeps stuttering and say waiting mid download. I'm not downloading anything else meanwhile, and i had space available. I've sent a support ticket but they just responded that I wasn't connected to the internet, which definitely wasn't true as i could use the wifi for everything else with no problem.
