I just got approved to take the PMP Exam, I see a lot of mid-level/senior-level positions on LinkedIn have it as Preferred or required.

To give you some background I am graduating this semester with a bachelors in Construction management. And currently work as a Project manger.

I wanted to get some insight and background as I am new to this cert. Can you please provide be with the reading material I should start with, what youtube videos to watch, what practice test simulators to take.

My friend recommended "Andy croww PMP exam prep book" and "ricardo vargas on youtube"

Please let me know what I should start with and what I should end with. Imagine I have no clue what its about.. Thanks I appreciate it.
