The wife and I might be moving to Plymouth due to her work. We’ve been looking at houses on rightmove and wanted to know how noisy the terrace houses are? Can you hear your neighbours through the walls? Right now we stay in a flat and can hear the people above us and it really gets to my wife and keeps her awake. Thanks for the help!
We live in a terrace house near Central Park and frequently hear our neighbours on both sides. One side argues at jumbo jet levels. The other side has a big family with young kids. Our houses are a Georgian rather than Victorian though so maybe that counts for something. Either way, we have no shame in having really loud sex to compensate 😂
