Anyone know any cheap but not terrible handymen for some bathroom refitting and other jobs

I need to get some stuff done like a new bathroom, maybe a bit of redecorating and some other jobs. I don't have a huge budget and it doesn't need to be perfect. Can anyone recommend anyone who would do a reasonable job on a budget?
