I had this one plush toy that was my absolute favorite as a young kid, though I lost it at some point and I was never able to find it. It's been over 20 years since then but I still think about it and I want some closure. Unfortunately, I didn't save any tags or stuff of it so trying to find it online has been tough. Can you guys help me identify it? Like the brand and stuff?
My mom bought it for me at Target, where it was in the cosmetics section for some reason. It was a green dinosaur with black beads for eyes and a purple belly. He also had pink spines on his back that went down to his tail. He had beads inside him so he was very much like a beanie baby and I recall him being about the same size as the standard holiday bear ones. I also remember him coming with candy in a tube though I don't remember what kind of candy. He was definitely one of my top favorite toys and I was heartbroken when I lost him. My mom was able to find a pretty similar plush toy, though it was a little beefier with wool stuffing instead of beads and it was in a sitting down position. I've lost that guy too but I'm sure it's in storage somewhere.
If you guys know anything, please let me know. I've obviously been able to move on and function without it for the past 20 years, but I think being able to track down another or even find a variant would bring a little extra joy in my life. I've got a group of plush toys that I keep on my bed for decoration that I think this little guy would fit right in with. It would really mean a lot to me if someone could point me in the right direction at least. Thanks in advance!
