I contacted support about not receiving my PS3 Super slim collectible, the first time they said wait 3-5 days for a response, never got one. The second time they said the same, never got one again. And now this time they told me that the PS3 collectibles are given out at random and there’s no way I can get it. They said they aren’t even given to the people who owned that specific ps3 variant, and this person was also quite rude
