Can’t install resident evil village ps4 slim 1tb system

I got resident evil village through PlayStation network while it was on sale. I have tried and failed several times to install the game. I tried twice with a game being played in the background in single player and I have tried downloading with bo games playing. I was able to download another newer game successfully. Village is the game with problems. Is there anything I can do on my end to get this to install? Thanks I’m advance!
