Hey all,

Hoping someone can help me out. My PS5 download speeds randomly got very slow. I have a wired connection and typically get anywhere from 300-500 mbps. I checked earlier today and that was the case. However, the new update came out for Call of Duty and it kicked me off the game, and the download has been taking ages. I have been checking my speeds and it’s down to between 10-60 mbps. For reference, the speed test on my phone using the wifi is still suggesting download speeds of 443 mbps. I even tried to switch my playstation to wifi and got the same 10-60 Mbps. I’ve disconnected all other devices, reset the router, reset my playstation and still am having no luck. I tried troubleshooting through the PlayStation website and they keep trying to say it’s my internet providers fault, which clearly isn’t the case, as none of my other devices are acting like this. I’m hoping I’m not experiencing a legitimate issue with my playstation. Any help from the group would be great. Thanks in advance!
