Cannot finish camera adjustment

I recently bought a PS VR set for my PS4. I got it home and set up everything as per the instructions.

Once I got to the camera adjustment step (3 square boxes) the next screen keeps saying “cannot complete camera adjustment”. No matter what I do. I’ve tried cleaning it, moving it, changing elevation, changing lighting, removing obstacles, resetting the PS4, shutting down the PS4.

I’m getting frustrated because this hardware wasn’t cheap. And no matter what I search, everyone didn’t come up with a conclusion.

If anyone out there had something similar. Please share. I was so excited to try this out!
