Accidently opening a different game on PS5

okay so this ones gonna next a little explaining alright.

If you have a game playing but you want to go to the settings to tweak something or see something in the capture gallery or whatever point is when you want to go back to the game you could just hold the PS button select the game then go "Back to Game".

But if you wanna be a little faster then you could just tap it which should take you to the home screen then select your game to get back slightly faster (I did this on PS4 to) BUT if for some reason when you tap PS button to go back to the home screen sometimes it'll not be hovered over the game you have opened, sometimes you could move the joystick slightly so it'll be on a different game when you press X so you'll accidentally open a different game.

Point is why doesn't it have a warning saying something like "are you sure you wanna start [X] game? [Y] game will close in the process" the PS4 did this but for some reason the PS5 just starts up that new game you accidently selected.

FYI: I have done this several things as well as my other friends who have PS5s as well

TL:DR why no warning that your current game will close if you try to start up another game like the PS4 did?
