So I want to play New Game in Horizon Zero Dawn before the sequel comes out. In 2018, I bought the Frozen Wilds DLC and had a blast playing it

Fast Forward 3 years, I'm re-installing the game to play it again, but Frozen Wilds doesnt re-install along with the base game. Not only that, NG won't launch without it because I have equipment and upgrades exclusive to that specific DLC. When I check my dosnload library, Frozen Wilds is nowhere to be found and PS wants me to buy it all over again

I've tried restoring the licenses but nothing changed. PS is still acting like I never paid for the DLC to begin with. It doesnt help that getting in touch with a real person on their help page is the most agonizing process Ive ever endured.

Anyone have any idea why their chat support function is offline? And would anyone have the email address I can use to contact some that can actually help (because for some reason I cant find it anywhere on the website)?

I'm in Canada by the way, if thats at all relevant.
