Are any games not deleting themselves?

My demons souls keeps deleting itself after i take the disc out. It seems others are having the same issue with this and valhalla. I've literally spent the past 8 hours trying to solve this issue when i was looking forward to playing a mew generation of games.
It feels like i now have a very expensive and somewhat useless block of plastic that can only be used to play one game to completion before i move to the next.
Anyone found any solutions? Or do we know if sony is aware of this issue?
