North America is where in located.

A while back, I made a PS account for my main profile on my PS4. I visited my brother a couple years ago, and it was the first time I ever went online with it. I don't get to play online very often btw, which is why I haven't worried about this until now.

I couldn't log in again immediately due to being offline for so long. I made a new account that I use exclusively online, because I never could find out my password or anything. The recover question is my date of birth. Which my brother entered when he helped me make the account. So I have no clue what it is, because it clearly wasn't right.

Basically I want to recover this account, but I don't have an answer to the only recover question it gives. I have the email it's linked to but the emails Support sends me always brings me to the same bot chat which has not been any help what so ever. Idk what to do at this point. I don't want to have to restart all my games on the account that has online access because my old account has about 4 years of gaming saved to it. Any ideas?
