So basically my ps4 doesn’t connect to the internet. Now first before you say oh it’s your wifi I can 100% rule out wifi, this is because everything in my house including my brothers ps4 still works completely fine but my ps4 doesn’t. It’s weird because I can play games and they’re mostly fine my problem is usually parties I join them and I instantly get nat type or my friends say my voice is laggy. I move it to different places it’s even worse it won’t let me go on online when I put it in a place which I had it for years. I even tried lan cable, and then tired it again on a new modem I also tried wifi from both modems. I’ve tried changing my dns settings, I’ve reset my modem a bunch times nothing works. Is this a problem with my ps4 internally or do I have to call Sony support? I’m really sick of joining parties on my phone to be able to talk and play and I’m sick of having to move my ps4 to be able to download games. Any help will be immensely appreciated.
