just created an account, banned 23 hours later.

I created an account on June 11, and when I tried logging it in the ps4 23 hours later, it just displayed "Error - WS-37368-7 " it means banned. your account has been suspended because your financial institution reversed a charge on one or more of your PlayStationâ„¢Network purchases.
what the hell. brand new account.
is it because I made the account on a computer?
edit: I didn't buy anything, didn't even add a payment method.
