Swapping the HDD from PS4 to PS4 pro
Post Body

I have got a nice new 4K TV ordered and was thinking about getting a 4K Blu-Ray player for better looking films when a friend advised I upgrade to the PS4 Pro for the upgraded games as well as movies

My first thought was when I first got my PS4 before setting it up I took the standard 500 gig HDD out and swapped it for a 2TB drive

What I want to know is if I take this out of my PS4 and put it in the Pro will it keep all of my saves or will I have to format it and therefore loose everything??

Or should I just get a caddy for it and use it as an external drive?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance 👍
