Hi right now I really don't know where to turn to. I received an email last night with my paypal account adding $60 to my PS4 account. I thought it was just the auto renewal so I said I'll check it tomorrow morning.

I checked my email again this morning and noticed that one of those emails from PS was an email change. I tried to access my account online a few minutes ago and noticed I can't login, I tried to recover my password but now its saying that my email is not a valid one.

I now am lost and have no idea what to do.. I tried sending a tweet to AskPlaystation what to do.. but I am not receiving any response yet.

Please help!

Update: I was able to get in touch with their chat and apparently my account has been banned for suspicious activites and has been escalated. Hoping for a quick resolution to this. Thanks all for the advise!

Update 2: I was able to recover my account! They sent me an email to reset my password, however last night when I logged in there was a maintenance haha. I've set up the two step access and now my account should be secured like you guys. Thanks all for the help!
