Question about save data for PS4

Hey there. I don't know if this is the correct space to ask this but I have a question about a specific save file in my hard drive for my PS4. It's for GTA V. I have a few, one that's a profile save, one that's a mission save and aback up of that mission. Those are all 10.49 MB the same as other saves. I also have one simply labeled PHOTO that takes up 78.65 MB. I don't have any photos in game saved, except a few from missions. I also deleted screen shots. Is this file safe to get rid of? What's it for ? Should it be this big?
