What is a Sony movie credit and do I get to keep buy or keep a movie with it?

Renewed my ps plus today and saw a new thing ( to me) where it was also giving me a Sony movie credit. I don’t know what that means other then I assume it lets me watch a movie? But how does it work if anyone’s used them before .
