My son paired a PS4 controller with his phone and now we want to repair it (the controller) with the PS4. W shave gone into his phone’s Bluetooth and unsynced or unpairs the controller and his phone. I have tried everything I can think of and have seen online and it will not pair.

1)I’ve connected the controller to the PS4 with a USB, hit the power and PS button on the controller. 2) I’ve reset the controller via the reset button and connected it to the Pa4 via a US.
3) i’ve tried it not connected via a USB. 4) i’ e manually turned it off and back on, with and without the controller connected.

I’ve tried them all several times and nothing worked. I’m about to say screw it and get another controller.

Does anyone have any other ideas?
