I never strive to get platinum on any game, mainly because focusing on so much nitty gritty is a drag and time-consuming. I do like the dopamine rush you get every time you unknowingly get a trophy, but that's about it.
This time was different. Not because it happened with the most unexpected game, which was also fun, but because I got this platinum with the help of my little daughter.
We bonded over this game and I loved every second we spent playing it. We hugged each other and almost tear up when we got it and it was the most magical moment I've ever experienced during a game. It's something I'll never forget.
I wanted to share this with anyone, gamer dad or not. I can't wait to discover the next gem that'll keep us playing together.
