Trouble signing into another account that is overseas, what can I do?

Hi there everyone so Iām trying to sign into my brothers account, he is currently staying in the USA, while I am in South Africa but it keeps saying the password is wrong even though he logged in with the same password and email and it worked, is there any way I can log into his account or is it impossible?
