Hey all I've had my pS4 since about 2017. Never had any serious issues with it. Dec '23 I stopped playing cus my TV went out. Finally got the guts to move my ps4 in another room to drift. Decided to turn it on a few minutes ago and it's not responsive. Stated that I needed an update which I expected it hasn't been turned on since December. But I'm unable to click in anything. The PS4 turns on and only goes to homepage. I'm unable to turn it off by the remote and the ps4 itself. I click on settings, notifications, my profile but it all does nothing. Clicking on anything will just default me to the homepage to sign in but it won't let me click on anything cus when I do, it scrolls me back. Anyone ever ran through this issue before?
