Upgraded my subscription, was charge

So in January I upgraded my subscription from regular to premium. Received an email saying I’d be charged 159.99 on February 14th. On February 14th I was charged for 159.99 as expected. But I don’t have access to PS premium or plus and PlayStation says they have no record of me being charged.
