I went on the PlayStation store and purchased Batman: return to Arkham. It came with Arkham asylum and Arkham city. I downloaded both of them and played each for about an hour. Three days later, Arkham Asylum was locked. Three days after that Arkham city is locked. I have spent at least three hours on the phone with customer support and they were not able to unlock the games. I have tried all of the troubleshooting procedures, and nothing works. Whenever I click the games to start them, it takes me to a screen to purchase the games again. Any thoughts on what I can do to unlock these games? PlayStation will not refund me at this point. They are escalating the case and should get back to me by Friday supposedly.
