How to get a refund?

My PlayStation plus membership auto renewed, and I didn’t want this. I tried calling and using the online assistant, but I keep getting turned away. I know they’re doing this, so I purposefully until it’s too long and I won’t be eligible for a refund anymore. What can I do?
