Fresh noob looking for a group or team to play

I have some experience and watch many vids ( Welyn, blooprint, etc). i have bought and used the FORTIFY assistant game and installed Discored with mic. I'll help farm, assist in raids, but am looking for a group that's mature and not a zerg. I speaks and understand only English.
