VIP system

Does anyone know of an easy way to setup a VIP system for a server so when someone purchases a VIP package from a website they get to skip queue and such? I have found a few plugins that may work but they are rather a bit difficult to setup. Does anyone know of a good system that exists for this?
(Btw I am using Tebex which allows for users to purchase a package and then it issues on the server, this has just been a pain for me to setup so I'm hoping there is something else that makes it easier.)
