Recommended Hosting for Rust

Wanting to open up a server for Rust but have been out of the server game for about three years now. I plan on starting small and building a community and slowly grow into multiple servers.

At this time I am looking for a shared server host until I build the community on the first server. Does any one have suggestions for a solid reliable host?

Additionally when looking in the future for a solid dedicated server host who do you recommend?

Side note server would be Vanilla. Once it grows I plan on maybe doing a 2 or 3x.
