Option for skins

As a rust player with pretty slow download speeds, it would be nice to see an option to just turn off all skins in general. I’d rather be able to play on servers without having to wait 10 minutes for skin downloads, or wait for 200 mb of skins to download every time the game launches. I personally don’t own any skins, and a clientside option to disable skins/keep more from downloading would be awesome.
