Game keeps freezing and crashing PC on startup

Everytime I try to start the game up, I get the splashscreen, and once the blue load bar is all the way loaded, my entire computer just freezes. All audio begins to rapidly repeat like a broken record, everything is frozen, and nothing works. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, verifying game files, restarting PC, shuttin down the PC, and reinstalling drivers, but nothing seems to work.
Edit: Found the solution here if anyone else has this problem.
