What about the water

When are we going to get an under water monument and weapon, I'd really like to explore a sunken ship and shoot shittly made harpoons at players and sharks! Make the oceans a little more dangerous! Also you could rework the diving tanks to be craft able out of 2 propane tanks, a metal pipe, and some cloth or leather! Itd give so much more room to the increasingly shrinking maps and add a whole lot more to do (more reason for people to explore the ocean floor too!)
