Peacekeeper mode -- idea

Hey. So I was thinking for turrets on peacekeeper mode, if somebody pulls out a gun and starts attacking people and people of the community retaliate... the turrets will also target the people defending. So really, if somebody starts shit by causing damage to another player in the range of the turret or network of turrets, then the turret should know that and not attack people who are simply trying to kill the attacker.
