LONDON III (3) Constantly down!

Been playing on London 3 since the last wipe (2-3) days ago. But it's constantly getting on / off with big lags. Recently it went off for 2 hours and people are saying that they are wiping the server again. Could anyone confirm this since i can't connect? & does anyone know the reason for the server going down 24/7 and lagging?
