I logged in today to find that I have been gifted a 30 day patron. While I am delighted, I do have some reservation about it as none of my friends have said anything about it, nor did I buy the patron myself. Should there be any transaction mishap, I know from the experience of others that my account will be the one affected. As such, is it possible for patrons such as us request for such information? If yes, where may we make those requests?
