Where the hell can I get some tarot playing cards?

I'm in the US and all I can find are decks intended for divination, which aren't friendly at all for card games like the deck was originally invented for.
I don't want card stock that's hard to handle and elaborate pictures, I want something that feels like actual playing cards and that are easy to read no matter which direction the cards in your hand are like this.
