Do you think they even care about your Support tickets?

Has anyone out there heard a reply from Grapeshot about their support ticket>? Do you think you ever will? I haven't.
The PVE exploiting and trolling is getting out of hand. We had some folks pull SOTD to our boats and sink them. They then proceeded around the island to anothers' claim and destroyed his ships and BASE with SOTD. No Beds .. No respawn. No way to get back. Surely there is a way to fix that.....Â
I honestly dont think anything will be done. Anyone else feel that way?Â
