Random Server Showing Up

I have a random server listed under my Survivor and Favorites filter that I have never been to before and did not create a survivor on. It is a locked modded server. Is this a bug or should I be worried. I have 2 factor set up on Steam, so not sure how anyone could have created a survivor.
