I have been getting Massive shadow flickering since the latest updates. I am using an i5-4690k and a Sapphire 290X Tri-X OC. From the reddit optimization thread, I was able to narrow down my problems and added these settings to my Engine.ini file:

[/script/engine.renderersettings] r.simpledynamiclighting=1 r.DefaultFeature.Bloom=False r.DefaultFeature.LensFlare=False r.BloomQuality=0 r.Shadow.MaxResolution=0

After restarting the game, there was a slight decrease in graphics quality but NO FLICKERING!

I am also averaging 40-60 FPS (versus 20-35 before) which is a huge improvement!

Edit: Also this is with maximum resolution scale, almost all other settings (except shadows) on Epic and full Ground and Sky quality.
