Crazy stats after taming and huge increases for each level up.

Running a private server, using default (official) settings and have noticed that dinos after taming are getting consistently 400% melee and each level going in adds about 20pts into melee (I have only noticed these big increases in melee and hp) Now with movement speed not stealing points anymore, I know stats will be higher all around. But this does seem excessive. I'm guessing this is just a simple matter of tweaking the tamed dino stats/level up/affinity.

I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else has encountered this and what your fixes have been thus far? :)
