What are the pay rates like in your area, and by center?

I started recently with CSL, and their new donor rate for my area is $125 for the first 8 donations. After that, it drops down to $52 for the first donation of the week, and $70 for the second. I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth it to switch to Grifols after my new donor bonus is up, but it seems like their rate is a lot lower.
