Would I still be considered a new donor at octapharma?

Post Body

I went to octapharma and tried to sign up for their new donor bonus of 100 per donation for the first 7 within 35 days I think it was. They took issue that since I'm trans and take 3 medications as part of my HRT they wanted me to get my doctor to sign off on me donating plasma. My doctor doesn't always have thr best turn around times so I just started donating as csl instead up until I got a 56 day deferral that has now ended for toal blood loss. I do now have the paperwork from my doctor that they wanted but it's been well over the 35 days if I go back and give them the paperwork they want will I be considered a new donor still or would they base it off my initial visit?
