Hi
So I've never been into plants before and a tenant left this in an apartment she just cleared. I contacted her and said that I should throw it away as she couldn't come back and get it.
I think I want to keep it I've been googling and it seems like it's a lipstick plant but I don't see one with the leafs like this (kind of hairy) , all I see online are plants with solid dark green leaves.
A couple of questions:
Is it a lipstick plant?
It's in a terracotta pot and it seems to be in pure dirt (no special mix like I've seen used online) Should I repot it?
Any other advice you can give is appreciated, I think I might actually like plants I just didn't really knew before.
